 Ridings of Yorkshire Society Call for Papers- 17th-18th June 2022

The Ridings of Yorkshire Society is a new group dedicated to celebrating Yorkshire’s past, and its researchers, across a variety of disciplines. The Ridings of Yorkshire Society would like to invite researchers to submit abstracts for papers to present at our inaugural conference in June 2022. Our two day conference will be held at the historic Blaydes Maritime Centre, in the heart of Hull’s‘Old Town’.

The conference will give researchers of Yorkshire’s cultural past the opportunity to present their work in a supportive and friendly environment. Paper presentations will be 20 minutes.

Please send an abstract of no more than 300 words for your proposed paper or a 100 word abstract for your poster to ridingsofyorkshire@gmail.com or if you’d like more information please get in touch.

Deadline for submission 13 April 2022
