The Ridings of Yorkshire Society (‘ROYS’ or ‘we/us/our’) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Access to mailing list details, and any other personal details is restricted to the committee members of ROYS and will only  be accessed if relevant to an event, mailing list, or task. However, you should be aware that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and although we will do our best to protect your personal data we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet. Any transmission is at your own risk.

 

8.      Your rights

If you have signed up to our mailing list, you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you and t o have any inaccuracies in this information corrected. You also have the right to have this information deleted or erased. You may wish to exercise this right for any reason, for example to withdraw your consent to remain on the mailing list. Welcome to the website of the Ridings of Yorkshire Society. This address will no longer be updated after 05/06/2023 The Ridings of Yorkshire Society website has moved to www.ridingsofyorkshiresociety.co.uk ROYS is a group dedicated to researching  celebrating Yorkshire's past, and its researchers, across a variety of disciplines.
